Our Experienced Team

	Robert Fordi President and Managing Partner Mr. Fordi has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, management and dispositions, involving assets in excess of $1bn. With the company since its first acquisitions, he leads portfolio acquisitions, asset management, property management, leasing and development for NATMI. He worked previously for Benton Properties, an opportunistic real estate investment company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Fordi began his career with Arthur Andersen’s real estate valuation and consulting group in Washington, DC. He has a BS in Economics from Towson University and an MS in Real Estate Development from The Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Fordi also serves as a managing director for Realterm Global, the parent company of North American Terminals, Aeroterm, Mariterm and Realterm FCH.
	Kenneth Code Founding Partner Mr. Code has over 20 years experience in real estate acquisition, development, and finance in both the public and private sectors. He leads finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives for NAT. Ken is also a founding partner of Aeroterm, the world’s largest third-party owner of air cargo facilities with 9 million square feet of property at more than 30 airports. Mr. Code graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Economics.
	Paul Underwood Sr. Vice President – Portfolio Management Mr. Underwood is responsible for NATMI’s portfolio asset management, financial analysis, internal budgeting and reporting. Paul oversees all reporting and leads the closing and transitioning of new acquisitions. He worked previously as an auditor with Ernst & Young and as Regional Accountant for British Telecom in South East Asia. Mr. Underwood hasa Bachelor of Commerce degree and a MS in Accounting from the National University of Ireland. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (CPA equivalent).
	Mitchell Gordon Chief Financial Officer Mr. Gordon has over 15 years of real estate industry experience. As CFO, he is responsible for the NATMI’s accounting, finance and investor relations activity. Mr. Gordon previously worked as a Senior VP of Finance and CFO for KB Home, Inc. and Kitson & Partners, respectively. Mr. Gordon is a licensed certified public accountant and received his MBA from the University of Baltimore.
	James Godey General Counsel Mr. Godey has 20 years experience in the real estate industry, specializing in the acquisition, development, management, operations, and financing of industrial properties. Mr. Godey has worked for the largest private landowner in Florida, the St. Joe Company, where he worked on large residential, industrial, and commercial master-planned communities. Mr. Godey has a BS in business from the University of Richmond E.C Robins School of Business and his JD from the Harvard Law School, and is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Florida and licensed certified public accountant in Maryland.
	Evan Roth Associate Mr. Roth is responsible for financial underwriting, property due diligence and investment analysis at Realterm Industrial and its affiliated companies. Mr. Roth joined Realterm in May 2009 from Babcock & Brown, where he spent 2 years as a commercial real estate acquisitions associate. At Babcock & Brown, he was instrumental in the analysis, acquisition, equity syndication, financing and asset management of multi-family, regional mall, industrial and self-storage assets in the US and Europe. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Mr. Roth worked at First Industrial Realty Trust where he worked as an investment analyst in their New York City office. During his tenure with First Industrial, he was a key team member for the acquisition and disposition of over 8 million square feet of industrial space located in various markets throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Roth is twice graduated from New York University, holding a BA and MS in real estate. Prior to his graduate studies, he managed multi-family assets in the New York City metro region.
