Cross Dock Terminals
The core of NAT’s High Flow-Through Facility real estate portfolio consists of cross dock truck terminals, serving both the domestic inter-state and intra-state commerce markets. Our cross dock portfolio consists of over 3 million square feet of property on over 1,500 acres. Our properties in this business segment are located in 33 states across the U.S. and Canada. Our average cross dock terminal has 45 doors and sits on 7.5 acres, though we have terminals ranging in size from 12 to 120+ doors.

Branded Transportation Terminals
Another asset type in our High Flow-Through Facility portfolio is the Branded Transportation Terminal. These terminals serve as distribution and transfer hubs for major transportation companies. These sites include cross dock terminals as well as other mission-critical functions for a branded operator’s distribution network.
