Branded Transportation Terminals
The second core asset type in our portfolio is the Branded Transportation Terminal. These terminals serve as distribution and transfer hubs for major transportation companies. These sites include cross dock terminals as well as other mission critical functions for a branded operator’s distribution network. For example, the NAT portfolio contains a pool of multi-use transportation facilities used exclusively by FedEx Express. These facilities - known as “City Stations” - typically involve warehouse and sort facilities, vehicle maintenance, office space, retail service, and outside parking for rolling stock. This segment of the portfolio consists of over 1 million square feet of property within 10 buildings on over 104 acres in 5 states and 10 cities in the Eastern U.S.
