September 2008 - NAT acquires portfolio of four cross-dock terminals from YRC Logistics - NAT completed the acquisition of a portfolio of four cross-dock terminals in Fontana, Denver, Atlanta, and Bolingbrook. The terminals were leased back to YRC Logistics.
