NATMI Truck Terminals, LLC has announced the sale of two truck terminal facilities

NAT has completed a sale transaction of a truck terminal portfolio consisting of two properties with 293 cross-dock doors on 38 acres; the buyer was an affiliate of KTR Capital Partners. The two properties are located in Seattle (Tukwila), WA and Fontana, CA.
