NAT Completes Acquisition & Leaseback of Terminals with YRC Worldwide Inc

NorthAmerican Terminals Management, Inc. (NAT), announced today the completion of an acquisition of properties in Hayward, CA, Tacoma, WA and Long Island, NY in a purchase and leaseback transaction with YRC Worldwide Inc. The properties are being leased by YRC for initial terms of 10-years.

“We’re pleased to continue doing business with YRC through this transaction,” said Robert Fordi, NAT’s President and Managing Partner. “The buildings are located in markets we know and like. They’re excellent additions to our U.S. portfolio.”
